The *.ra or *.rm media files can be uploaded using FTP to the below server:
real2.netservers.net
For more information on FTP, please refer to the Uploading Your Web Content Using FTP section of this guide. You may use your administrative username and password to gain access to this site. Upload your media files to the root directory of this streaming server (shown below with jazzy.rm) or create a new directory and place your files there.
