Support Enhancement Overview: We've Made the Switch and We're Glad You're Here.
Welcome to Web.com. We're excited about the support enhancements we're bringing to Burlee customers via our parent company, Web.com (www.web.com). With these support enhancements, we are able to take advantage of Web.com's deeper technical and billing support teams, expanded support site functionality, and expanded portfolio of hosting and add-on products.

With the 4/15 enhancements complete, you will begin to use new telephone numbers for your phone support. Shared customers should begin using 1-800-WebHost. Dedicated customers should begin using 1-800-932-4678. However, don't worry if you forget the number, we'll redirect you to the Web.com number for the first 30 days.

In addition, you'll begin using the Web.com online support resources at http://support.web.com. You'll be asked for authentication for access to many of these online support resources. You should have received a domain name/secret word in an email on 4/15. If you did not receive this information, please just click on the "Forgot your password?" link at http://support.web.com.

To help you get started, we've developed this Welcome Center to answer the top questions you may have about this upgrade. We've included:
  • Frequently Asked Questions
    From support access to billing processes to referral programs, we've addressed a wide range of questions that you may have about how your support experience will be affected by these enhancements.
  • E-mail Communications
    We've included copies of the e-mails distributed to update customers on these support enhancements.
  • Reseller Benefits
    We put a priority on our Reseller customers. With this upgrade, Burlee Resellers will retain any discounts for their current accounts and will be enrolled in Web.com's Reseller Program, enabling them to take advantage of a wide range of program benefits.

    Reminders on where to go for support help before and after the support upgrade.
