Subject:    Exciting New Updates to Your Support Resources

Dear Valued Customer:

The final stage of our Burlee server centralization effort is close to complete, resulting in improved hardware and system administration. As part of this effort to improve your Web hosting support, we will also upgrade your support experience in mid-April to take advantage of the support infrastructure via Burlee's parent company, Web.com (www.web.com).

What Can You Expect?

As of mid-April, you will now be positioned to take advantage of Web.com's expanded support site functionality, deeper customer support infrastructure and broader technology base. Benefit you will enjoy, include:
  • Improved breadth and depth of your billing and technical support teams


  • A more robust support site environment with centralized access to billing, support and knowledge base resources


  • Online personalized account profiles and payment management options


  • Access to 24/7 online ticketing and phone support, including ticketing history, which is not available today with Burlee's e-mail support system


  • Access to Web.com's broader product and services portfolio


  • Reseller access to the robust benefits of Web.com's reseller program, including a customized reseller support portal, volume discounts, a monthly newsletter, and more

Your current products and their pricing will not change for the foreseeable future. You'll still be able to purchase the add-ons products and services for your current Web hosting plans. However, after this transition, additional Burlee Web hosting plans will no longer be available for purchase. Rest assured that Web.com's broader product portfolio includes comparable Shared and Dedicated products, which in many cases have enhanced functionality (e.g., control panel access).

At the time of transition, your online resources (e.g., mail control panel) will be unavailable for approximately six to eight hours from 12:00AM - 8:00AM EST. Your Web server(s) will not be impacted by the maintenance effort; only your online support resources. After 8:00AM EST , we anticipate that additional DNS propagation steps may still need to resolve; however, you should then be able to access your control panel via IP address.
